Unwind and surface treat the 2mil PET base. Apply a durable wear resistant coating.
Step 3: Nano Coating Application
Apply the diamond nano easy clean coating for resistance to water marks, stains, and fingerprints.
Step 4: Curing and Drying
Cure and dry the coated film to lock in surface hardness and easy clean performance.
Step 5: Adhesive and Release Liner
Coat acrylic adhesive on the PET back. Laminate a release liner to protect the adhesive.
Step 6: Slitting, Inspection, and Packaging
Slit into required sizes. Inspect thickness, clarity, haze, adhesion, and surface quality. Pack qualified rolls.

1. Does the film stop glass from breaking?
No. It is not a replacement for stronger glass. Its role is to help hold fragments together after breakage and reduce the risk of loose pieces.
2. Is it bulletproof or blast proof?
No. It is not a bulletproof product. Performance in impact or blast situations depends on the glass type, frame, fixing method, and professional installation.
3. Can it be applied to existing glass?
Yes, if the glass is intact, clean, and in good condition. It is usually installed on the interior side. Do not apply it to cracked, loose, or damaged glass.
4. How soon can the glass be cleaned after installation?
Wait about 7 days before normal cleaning. This allows the adhesive to bond properly. Use a soft cloth and mild soap.
5. What if bubbles or lifted edges appear?
Small moisture bubbles may fade within a few days to weeks. Larger bubbles, dust, or lifted edges usually need the installer to fix them. Do not press or cut them yourself.
6. Can the film be removed later?
Yes. A professional installer can remove it with controlled heat or steam. Some adhesive residue may remain and can be cleaned with suitable products.
